Dear people, lieve mensen,

For 2016 I hope and desire that all people You too, dare to start looking in themselves, discover your own pain, release that pain by conscious training, and to really start to truly love yourself your free pure loving inner nature. Your inner playful child has to be born again. That is the only way to be able to really love other people honestly.
Also my wish for You is that you also acknowledge you are a sinner and have a dark side where you did hurt people around you mostly the dearest close to you...often with hidden (sometimes severe and painful actions....whom you mostly did experience sourself also while you were growing up).  Don't lie anymore, become honest aware open and all can and will be forgiven. Take responsibility also for your actions. AND STOP BY PROJECTING PLEASE WITH PROJECTING YOUR OWN INNER PAIN AT THE PEOPLE AROUND YOU, the biggest our most unconscious behaviour as a human, but look in yourself WHY YOU FEEL THAT PAIN AND WHAT IS THE CAUSE, which we easily addres at someone else and project outside ourselves.
Accept forgive and become humble to someone something much bigger then yourself and your ego. Accept that all people and souls are CONNECTED to The SOURCE ...God (in many ways described in many religions) and that the SOURCE has the power and wish to forgive YOU and save you from further sins.
My wish is that you dare to be the natural free loving helpful playful inspiration YOU ARE and that you are starting to become the example and inspiration for all people.
My wish is that we you all share WHAT WE HAVE that we loose our materialistic goals and start HELPING SHARING AND MAKING REAL CONTACT from eye to eye from soul to soul instead by staying in our most superficial contact which is based on our own pain and fair instead of LOVE AND HARMONY.

YOU CAN TRAIN TO RELEASE YOUR PAIN AND FEAR TO RELEASE YOUR LEARNED BEHAVIOUR AND MASKS BECAUSE OF THE OWN PAIN AND LACK OF LOVE AND SECURITY YOU EXPERIENCED. It is not difficult and WE ALL CAN CHANGE OUR PATTERNS. We YOU don't need those patterns anymore. Its time to LET GO of those and become WHO YOU REALLY ARE...free loving open playful helpful honest inspiring pure...CONNECTED AND ONE WITH ALL people.
YES YOU CAN CHANGE YOURSELF YES WE CAN CHANGE THE WORLD YES LOVE AND THE FREQUENCY OF YOUR HEART AND SOUL CAN MAKE OUR DEEPEST WISH COME TRUE.

Voor 2016 ik hoop en wens dat alle mensen, jij ook, het durven om in zichzelf te gaan kijken, hun eigen pijn gaan ontdekken, die pijn gaan loslaten  door bewuste training en dat iedereen echt kan beginnen van zichzelf te leren houden, jouw eigen vrije pure liefdevolle innerlijke natuur van dat kleine jongetje of meisje in jou. Jouw innerlijk kind mag weer herboren worden. Dit is de enige weg om ook eerlijk van andere mensen te kunnen gaan houden, als je van jezelf houdt.

Ook is mijn wens voor jou dat je ook gaat erkennen dat JIJ ook een zondaar bent met een donkere schaduw zijde waarmee jij ook mensen pijn hebt gedaan en doet om je heen, meestal met meest dierbaren ook dichtbij jou...vaak met verborgen ( soms heftige en pijnlijke acties...die je vaak ook zelf hebt ervaren toen jij opgroeide). Lieg daar niet meer over, wordt eerlijk en open en alles kan en zal vergeven worden. Neem ook de verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw daden. En STOP AUB MET HET PROJECTEREN VAN JE EIGEN INNERLIJKE PIJN OP DE MENS OM JE HEEN, de grootste en meest onbewuste gedraging van ons als mens, maar kijk in JEZELF WAAROM JIJ DIE PIJN VOELT WAT DE OORZAAK IS, die we vooral snel en makkelijk bij de ander neerleggen.
Accepteer vergeef en wordt nederig naar iemand iets wat veel groter is dan jijzelf en jouw ego. Accepteer dat alle mensen /zielen VERBONDEN ZIJN MET DE BRON..ONZE BRON...GOD ( in vele religies op verschillende manieren benoemd) en dat de BRON de kracht en wens heeft JOU te vergeven en te redden van verdere zonden!

Mijn wens is dat jij het gaat aandurven om jouw werkelijke natuurlijke vrije liefdevolle hulpvolle spelende inspiratie te ZIJN DIE JE ECHT BENT, en dat jij begint om een voorbeeld en inspiratie te worden voor alle mensen dat ook te doen en durven.
Mijn wens is dat wij alles delen wat we HEBBEN EN BEZITTEN en dat we onze materialistische doelen opzij zetten en beginnen echt te helpen en delen en ECHT CONTACT TE MAKEN van oog tot oog, van ziel naar ziel, van gevoel naar gevoel in plaats van het zogenaamd 'veilig' verblijven in het oppervlakkige contact wat gebaseerd is op onze eigen pijn en angst in plaats van LIEFDE EN HARMONY.

JIJ KUNT TRAINEN NET ALS ZWEMMEN OF HARDLOPEN OM JOUW EIGEN PIJN EN ANGST LOS TE LATEN EVENALS JOUW AANGELEERDE GEDRAGSPATRONEN EN MASKERS ALS GEVOLG VAN JE EIGEN PIJN EN GEBREK AAN LIEFDE EN VEILIGHEID DIE JIJ ERVAREN HEBT. Het is niet moeilijk en WE KUNNEN ALLEMAAL ONZE PATRONEN VERANDEREN EN LOSLATEN.
We hebben die overlevingspatronen niet meer nodig. Het is TIJD OM ZE LOS TE LATEN en TE WORDEN WIE JIJ ECHT BENT!...vrij liefdevol open speels behulpzaam inspirerend creatief puur....VERBONDEN EN EEN MET ALLE MEDEMENSEN.

Waarom 7? Wat verklaart de bijbel volgens mij nog niet maar is wel een keihard feit doordat ik dat jaren getraind heb en zelf ervaren!
Het zijn de 7 hoofdchakras de 7 main energie centra in ons lichaam...met de kleuren rood oranje geel groen blauw wit en violet/paars! Steeds met een hogere frequentie zoek maar op.
De hoogste is samenhangend met dat hoofd met armen aan de bovenzijde.. De verbinding met de kosmos en het grotere via je kruin.
Ook dat je daardoor gedragen wordt...mits je dat ook toelaat...Door onze bron waaruit we allemaal afstammen en komen en waarmee we verbonden zijn.
Ook 7 kleuren vd regenboog de chakra's ook die mits die propellors van energie in ons lichaam draaien...We aan t einde vd regenboog t goud vinden...het universele licht vd bron in pure liefde en verlichting...vandaar ook het licht om het hoofd v Jezus.

EN WAT IS DE KEY?
De kleur en frequentie van dat lichtgroene licht is exact de trillingsfrequentie van ieder zijn hart energie centrum waardoor door die energie onze hartcellen die geblokkeerd zijn los getrild worden. Delftse fysici bewijzen quantumwazigheid én Einsteins ongelijk

Albert Einstein hield het vorige eeuw voor onmogelijk, maar fysici van de TU Delft hebben aangetoond dat twee deeltjes op kilometers afstand rechtstreeks met elkaar in verband kunnen staan. In Nature publiceren ze woensdag resultaten van een experiment dat letterlijk zo groot is als de hele universiteitscampus in Delft.

Hoogleraar quantumfysica prof. Ronald Hanson en promovendus Bas Hensen bouwden met hun team jaren aan een opstelling die reikt van hun eigen lab tot een tweede lab, bijna anderhalve kilometer verderop bij het Reactor Instituut. 

Metingen met deeltjesparen afgelopen zomer lieten voor het eerst met zekerheid zien dat een quantumverband op grote afstand behouden blijft. Andere groepen vonden daarvoor jaren geleden al aanwijzingen, maar hun werk liet steeds nog ruimte voor andere verklaringen. Internationaal was er heftige concurrentie om als eerste alle twijfels weg te nemen. Delft heeft die wedloop nu gewonnen. 

Het Delftse resultaat maakt een eind aan de laatste twijfels die fysici hebben over de volledigheid van de quantumtheorie van deeltjes. Die geeft aan dat sommige eigenschappen niet vaststaan, zoals in de normale natuurkunde. Pas bij een meting komt als bij een loterij een van de mogelijke eigenschappen aan het licht.

Dat maakt de quantumwereld vaag en ongrijpbaar, iets waarmee Einstein, nota bene zelf een van de quantumpioniers, moeilijk kon leven. Quantumverbanden zoals die nu in Delft zijn aangetoond, waarbij de loterijen op twee plaatsen elkaars uitkomsten lijken te kennen, noemde hij sceptisch 'spookachtige invloed op afstand'. De meeste natuurkundigen legde zich vorige eeuw al wel neer bij die quantumwazigheid, vooral omdat de theorie uitstekend beschrijft hoe de deeltjeswereld werkt. 

Het Delftse experiment is een versie van de zogeheten Bell-test, waarbij de quantumloterij van deeltjeseigenschappen in detail wordt bekeken. Daarbij wordt handig gebruik gemaakt van deeltjesparen, waarvan de individuele eigenschappen niet vaststaan, behalve dat ze altijd tegengesteld aan elkaar moeten zijn. De test wordt loophole-free genoemd, omdat alle mogelijke theoretische mazen in de proeven gedicht zijn.

In Delft worden daarvoor paren elektronen gebruikt, die zijn opgesloten in diamant. Via laserlicht en glasvezelkabels onder de centrale Mekelweg van de campus zijn ze quantummechanisch met elkaar gekoppeld. Hun onderlinge afstand is bijna 1,4 kilometer, en toch weet elk deeltje zonder enig tijdverlies wat de ander doet, laten de metingen zien, zegt Hanson. 

Eerder circuleerde het artikel dat nu in Nature verschijnt al in ruwe vorm op internet, zoals in de fysica gebruikelijk is. Hanson zweeg sindsdien, terwijl het manuscript bij Nature onderhanden was. Concurrerende teams, zoals dat van Anton Zeilinger in Wenen erkenden al wel snel de Delftse primeur. 

De Utrechtse kenner van quantumvreemdheid, emeritus hoogleraar prof. Dennis Dieks noemt het feit dat Einsteins afkeer van quantumspoken van de baan is, geen echt grote verrassing. 'Maar het dichten van eventuele sluiproutes  is heel belangrijk. Ook vanwege toepassingen. Als je quantum-effecten wilt gebruiken in veilige datalinks, en dat kan, dan wil je wel zeker weten dat de quamtumwereld echt zo raar is als de theorie beweert. '

DEEL DIT BERICHT MET ZOVEEL MOGELIJK FANS

Met een eenvoudige maar wel even intense ademhalings- en visualisatieoefening die jij als supporter kunt doen, kunnen wij direct bijdragen aan het verhogen van de energie van de spelers en er voor zorgen dat datgene wat wij als supporters visualiseren zal gebeuren.

WIL JIJ VITESSE ECHT MET EEN SCHIJNBAAR ONMOGELIJKE OPGAVE OM DE 3-0 NEDERLAAG WEG TE POETSEN..UIT zo lijkt het nu reeds GESLAGEN POSITIE!
Als minimaal 10.000 mensen dit doen, is succes ZEKER omdat de energie gecombineerd dan zo groot is dat het in de praktijk gebeurt. Bij minder deelnemers is er geen garantie meer op succes, echter neemt de kans op een goed resultaat wel enorm toe! Bij beperkte deelname is het effect gering!

4. Als je adem niet meer kunt vasthouden na 1, 2 min of zo, uitblazen rustig door mond. Continue denk je aan dat beeld en zie je de feestende Vitesse spelers en supporters na de match
5. Opnieuw exact hetzelfde direct weer doen en zo liefst 5 a 7x.
(je zult iedere x de adem langer vast kunnen houden, hoe langer hoe beter)

HOE WERKT HET? DE OEFENING DIE JE KUNT DOEN
Adem in een zuurstofrijke omgeving (buiten of waar deur of raam open hebben gestaan) krachtig in door je neus, en dan op een rustige natuurlijke manier UIT door je mond, en blijf dit overdreven krachtig inademen door neus en rustig uit door mond minimaal 1 minuut achter elkaar doen. Adem daarbij steeds dieper naar je buik. Dit is even hard werken omdat de inademing snel en krachtig moet zijn. Na 1 minuut of wat langer mag ook, adem je nog 1x diep in en vervolgens hou je de adem zo lang mogelijk in, als ware je onder water. De hele tijd kun je het beste de ogen gesloten houden. De adem inhouden duurt bij iedereen verschillend, bv 40 sec of 1.30 min. Tijdens het vasthouden van de adem in je buik, DENK JE DE HELE TIJD AAN HETZELFDE gevisualiseerde BEELD...in dit geval..royale overwinning op Southampton, het feest en de vitesse spits die de man of the match is met 3 goals en de doorslag geeft! Als je de adem niet meer kunt inhouden, blaas je de moleculen en atomen (die geinformeerd geïnjecteerd zijn met dit beeld) rustig uit door de mond. Dan direct opnieuw inademen, exact hetzelfde minimaal 1 minuut en wederom met gevisualiseerde beeld adem zo lang mogelijk vasthouden. Je zult merken dat je de adem nu langer kunt vasthouden, omdat je je lichaam steeds voller stopt met O2 zuurstof en de CO2 afvoert. Deze in,uitademing en visualisatie met steeds hetzelfde beeld HERHAAL je 5x en liefst 7x!

VI ORANJE
In de uitzending van 21 juni jl tijdens het interview met Johan Derksen heb ik de oefening kort uitgelegd. Er zijn toen drie namen genoemd door mij deels via Wilfred Genee die zouden gaan scoren, namelijk Depay, Sneijder en Huntelaar. Van Sneijder zei ik vooraf dat jij exact in de 88e minuut zou scoren. Depay heeft gescoord en tegen Mexico scoorde Sneijder inderdaad in de 88e!!!! minuut en Huntelaar. Dat was dus vooraf bedacht en gevisualiseerd. Ook 1 uur voor de wedstrijd is aangegeven via soc media en aan de NOS dat Sneijder in de 88e minuut zou scoren, wat eveneens gebeurde.

DE VERKLARING
WAT GEBEURT ER IN JE LICHAAM EN HOE KUN JE HET BEGRIJPELIJK VERKLAREN
Door deze oefening activeer je jouw immuunsysteem enorm waardoor je fitheid en weerstand tegen ziektes enorm toeneemt, zoals Wim Hof, the Iceman, recentelijk wetenschappelijk medisch bewezen heeft. Daarnaast herprogrammeer je je eigen lichaam met wie je echt bent en laat langzaam spanning, stress en geblokkeerde emoties los, kortom HET IS ERG GEZOND.

Als we TV beelden zien van Sierd de Vos of Tom Egbers uit Brazilie, worden deze vanuit een zendwagen verstuurd via enkele satellieten en om vervolgens in Nederland via onze schotels / kabels op TV te komen. Wat er eigenlijk gebeurt is dat die TV beelden middels frequenties van trillende atomen en moleculen zeg maar door de lucht reizen en die afstand afleggen, waardoor er enige tijd overheen gaat voordat ze hier zijn.
Die beelden (wat dus letterlijk GEINFORMEERDE atomen zijn met verschillende frequenties en golflengtes) ZIEN we niet door de lucht gaan, alhoewel we wel weten dat ze er zijn. Uiteindelijk komen die in de lucht onzichtbare beelden hier in Nederland en vervolgens via de werking van de TV zien we ze op een scherm in een echt beeld.

Met die ademhalingsoefening doen we eigenlijk hetzelfde. Tijdens het vasthouden van de adem...informeren, of zeg maar injecteren wij de atomen en moleculen die WIJ ONDER HOGE DRUK IN ONZE BUIK VASTHOUDEN met dat beeld van de winst op Southampton en de hoofdrol van de spits v Vitesse. Al die miljarden atomen krijgen een HOGE FREQUENTIE en dat BEELD in ZICH.  In plaats van de zendmast in Brazilie ben jij als mens nu die zendmast. Als wij die uitblazen, verspreiden die zich met een vergelijkbare snelheid van het licht in het universum en richting de spelers van Vitesse. Wij zijn als mens nu die zendmast die ZENDT. Doordat vele mensen dit doen komen die ONZICHTBARE BEELDEN DOOR DE LUCHT MET EN HOGE FREQUENTIE EN ENERGIE bij de spelers. Zij ontvangen deze atomen en hoge energie en die miljarden beelden als ontvangers (zeg maar de TV thuis) in hun systeem. Volgens de natuurkundige wetten van de kwantummechnica zullen die onzichtbare beelden op deze wijze in de praktijk gerealiseerd worden. We verhogen daarmee de energie van alle spelers.
Als er GENOEG MENSEN zoals beschreven deze oefening serieus doen, zal het gebeuren, mits de spelers natuurlijk fit zijn en de tactiek goed is. Maar dat zit bij Peter Bosz wel goed. Deze oefening kun je ook prive gebruiken om positieve zaken te realiseren in je leven, the law of attraction of the secret haakt hier op in, echter dmv de intense ademhalingsoefening is het effect zoveel groter.

Alles in het leven bestaat uit atomen, gedachten, het lichaam, zuurstof, licht, muziek, liefde etc. het enige verschil is het soort atoom (zeg maar de informatie in en van het atoom) en de trilling. Hoe hoger de trilling hoe gelukkiger, energieker en blijer je je voelt. Als je iets met passie doe of verliefd bent zitten jouw atomen en gedachten in een hoge trilling, andersom als je je slecht voelt of negatief denkt zit je in een lage trilling. Weet je hoe een volle KUIP voelt, je voelt letterlijk de trilling door je heen gaan...trillende atomen van hoge energie. Earth Ascending? Schumann Frequency Resonance Of The Earth Has DOUBLED!

March was a landmark month energetically, with several rare planetary alignments, including a Super moon, Solar Eclipse and Equinox all within the same 24 hours on March 21st! Coming as it did just after the 7th of 7 exact T-Squares, everything points to that day being a moment of paradigm shift – a time of great Awakening. Our ancient ancestors believed that Eclipses open a portal to higher realms, making it possible for us to receive huge downloads of information. That is why they built sophisticated and mysterious structures such as Stonehenge and Newrange, which were designed to amplify the powerful cosmic energies being made available to them.

Despite the opening of powerful Stargate portals and the potential for new beginnings offered by the current universal geometries however, many people find it difficult to believe that anything is really changing when chaos still seems to reign, and evidence of human mayhem continues all around us. Perhaps this ‘madness’ is part of a deep cleansing of the planet? And perhaps how quickly we can integrate the new energy and adjust to it, will depend on the level of each individual’s vibratory frequency. We are being asked I think, to do everything in our power to raise our vibration out of 3D density and into the higher frequencies of Light. This always has been and still is, the prime purpose and raison d’être of the  ‘Sounds of Sirius’. It’s my belief that the melodies, tones and Light Language that flow through me from the higher dimensional realms, are being gifted quite specifically to raise the vibration of those who receive them, and in so doing, reconnect them with their soul’s original blueprint.

There is concrete evidence to suggest that Mother Earth herself is shifting her vibration, in order to adapt to the paradigm shift. The Schumann Frequencies are the ‘sound’ of the earth. It’s like hearing the sound of a big drum, with that drum being the earth’s resonant cavity. Only a few years ago the earth was vibrating at around 7.8 hertz, but a few days ago, the Schumann frequency hit 16.5. This demonstrates that the earth itself is changing…she is literally speeding up!

Why is the number 16.5 important?

16.5, 33, 66, 132, 264….these numbers are all harmonic to the Solfeggio tone 528, which is the exact frequency used by genetic biochemists to repair broken DNA – the gentetic blueprint upon which life is based.

What are Solfeggio Frequencies?

If the Schumann frequency is resonating at a harmonic of 528 – the frequency scientists use to repair broken DNA – it would suggest would it not then, that our DNA may be repairing itself right now? Perhaps Mother Earth’s change of vibration to the harmonic of 528 is kick-starting our DNA re-activation, in order that we can move in sync with her, as she transcends 3D density to enter 4th and 5th dimensional realms.

Vaak weten we het mooi te brengen maar ook vaak uiteindelijk blijkt dat WE ALLEMAAL zondaars zijn en die begaan.
Als we dit ook nog ontkennen zelf hebben we nog heel veel zelfinzicht te verkrijgen.
Jezus werd gehaat omdat HIJ die oneerlijkheid en de waarheid benoemde en daar zijn mensen die zonden begaan niet van gediend!
Het mooie is dat dat gedrag wat we vertonen en als we zover zelfinzicht hebben en gegroeid zijn dat we toch zondaars zijn, dat dat ook de reden is om uiteindelijk op zoek te gaan naar TOTALE BEVRIJDING EN DIENSTBAARHEID. Dat kan ALLEEN GEVONDEN WORDEN IN GOD (of ook wel Allah, Jehovah, etc)....en dat IEDERS GEDRAG VAN ZONDEN VERGEVEN WORDT.
Degene die dat voor ONS EN OOK JOU GEDAAN HEEFT is Jezus.
Pas als we EEN zijn met HEM en hem en daarmee God liefhebben...en accepteren en bedanken en bidden dat HIJ ons van onze zonden verlost....kunnen we IEDERS ULTIEME DOEL BEREIKEN. Ultieme liefde geluk en bevrijding door EEN te zijn met God.

Kortom..Erken dat je zondaar bent en ontdek de weg naar God. Je kunt daarbij het pad samenlopen van Boeddha door BEWUST de 7 deuren zeg maar sleutels van je energiecentra te openen...trainen ...chakra's....ook wel de kleuren vd regenboog...waarbij je aan t einde de pot met GOUD gaat vinden...!
Als die paden hand in hand gaan....de bijbel, inzicht en bidden mbt God en t inzicht van je lichaam, ziel, geest, kwantummechanica, meditatie, ayurveda dan loop je de snelweg naar JOUW EN ONS GELUK! Dit kun je TRAINEN mbv ademhalingsoefeningen, focus, meditatie, etc. Bewust zijn over voedsel is ook cruciaal.

Uiteindelijk doel van iedereen is om de medemens OOK op deze weg te helpen en begeleiden. "Obey your soul, spirit andere thru them Jezus and God...to become ONE"!.
